What makes Mellow Morning special compared to other skincare webshops?

Mellow Morning focuses on the needs of their customers. We carefully curate our collection of Korean skincare by trying every product out first before we bring them into our webshop. We also believe that Korean skincare is for everyone and therefore we aim to provide a wide collection of products, so that everyone can find products for their specific skin type and skin concern as well as budget. 

How can I contact Mellow Morning?

Does Mellow Morning offer discount codes?

We occasionally offer discount codes or run promotions. The discount codes can be added to your order upon checkout. 

How do I submit a complaint?

We are sorry to hear that you want to submit a complaint. Please contact us by using our contact form and we will reach out to you as soon as possible to see how we can solve your problem. 


Can I cancel an order?

An order can only be canceled before it is shipped. Once we have shipped your order, we cannot cancel your order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. 

I have not received a confirmation email of my order, what do I need to do?

It might be that the confirmation email is delayed. If you have not received an email after 24 hours, please contact us. 

I have received faulty, defective or damaged items, can I return the items? 

We always pack and check your items with utmost care. It could however be possible that you receive faulty items, defective or damaged items, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can help you. 


Which payment methods does Mellow Morning accept? 

We currently accept the following payment methods:

How long does shipping take?

This depends on the country where it is shipped to. Please check our shipping policy. 

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. 

What if I do not receive my order within the time period? 

Kindly note that due to external circumstances, which are beyond our control, the delivery of your package might be delayed. The most up-to-date status will always be reflected on the website of the postal service provider. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have concerns regarding the delivery of your package. 

I have not received a track and trace code, what steps do I need to take?

You will receive a track and trace code once your order is shipped. Normally we ship our parcels within 24-48 hours. If you have not received a track and trace code within 48 hours, please let us know so we can check this for you. 

Will custom duties/fees be charged? 

All orders shipped within the EU are free of custom duties/fees. 

I have entered the incorrect address, can I still change this?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your address after the order has been placed. 


Can I return my products - how will I get refund?

We are hoping that you will like the products and our services. However, we can surely understand that sometimes this is not the case. For returns, please check our return- and refund policy. 


How does Mellow Morning ensure that the products are authentic?

Mellow Morning only works with official and verified distributors which provide authentic products. Before we work with a distributor, we always ask for background information on the storage, origin and shipping of the products. As we are always in direct contract with the distributors, we are always aware of any changes in the products. 

Why are the ingredients mentioned on the website and the packaging different?

As Korean skincare products are subject to changes in formula, it can occasionally occur that the ingredients listed on the product are different from the ingredients listed on our website. For this reason, we have also included a disclaimer with every product listed on our website. 

How do I know when the products expire?

It is mentioned on the products what the expiration date is.

Why is the color of the product different from the pictures?

As natural ingredients are used, it could be that the color of the product is slightly different from the pictures. Moreover, ingredients such as Vitamin C, might oxidize when opened. Therefore, after usage, the color could gradually change. 

I do not understand all of the ingredients included in a product, does Mellow Morning offer assistance?

Ofcourse! We are always happy to assist you in your search for products which are best suitable for your skin. You can contact us by using the contact form on our website or through Instagram/Tiktok. 

I am looking for a brand that is not listed on Mellow Morning, can this product be ordered?

We love hearing your feedback, therefore, please let us know if there is a product/brand you would like us to sell. We will always check and see what we can do. 

Is there only one correct way to use a product?

Our “How do I use it” section is a suggestion on how the products should be used. However, as this can be different for everyone, you can always adjust this to your likings. Kindly note that some products are however specifically for the day or the night. Therefore, always check our product information table which we have drafted for every product.

Is the foam included with the packages environmental friendly?

Yes, it most definitely is! Our foam is made of cornstarch which means that it will dissolve in water.
